Returns

You can request a return within 10 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused

  • Item should be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Products without original packaging
